B Corp Certification is to entire business entities what USDA Organic Certification is to discrete products or LEED Certification is to physical structures.

B Corps use the B Impact Assessment to benchmark, actualize, and improve social and environmental outcomes, and Benefit Corporation legislation to protect their missions over time and through changes in leadership.
