March is Women's History Month, an annual celebration of the important contributions of women to our history, culture, and society. March is also B Corp Month. As a woman-owned business, we are excited to celebrate both and be part of such a vibrant community of B Corps and female entrepreneurs.

Each year, B Lab picks a theme for B Corp Month. This year's theme is Behind the B, to educate companies about what it means to be a B Corp and what makes B Corps better businesses. We will be posting content related to this theme on social media (you can follow us on Instagram and LinkedIn) throughout the month.

We #StandWithUkraine
We would be remiss to not mention the war in Ukraine. Our hearts are with all those who have lost loved ones, all those who have been displaced, and those fighting for their lives. Impact Growth Partners does not condone war and stands in solidarity with B Lab and our global community in condemning this violence.

Here are some suggestions from B Lab on ways to care for and support those affected in Ukraine, Russia, and neighboring countries:

Check in on your colleagues, suppliers, and partners in Ukraine and Russia
Offer and share resources about providing support to people impacted by the invasion
Donate to organizations on the ground
Demand action from your government
Support grassroots movements and protect civic society on a national and local level
Be mindful of the news you consume; rely on reputable news sources
